Order processing time is 5-8 business days prior to shipment. Often, the processing time is much less.  

I offer FREE USA Shipping on orders $125+. The discount will be automatically applied. 

Shipping Rates are automatically calculated based on package weight, size, and USPS rates. 

*I am not responsible for USPS delays due to COVID-19. 

*I am not responsible for lost packages. Once I give the package to the USPS, it is their responsibility to get it to you. Please file a claim with the USPS prior to emailing me about your order. 

*I am not responsible for damaged products due to shipping. If a product is damaged, contact me immediately with a photo and the order number and I will determine if I will replace the product.

*Kinston, NC Local Pick Up is an option. However, some items may require shipping as we occasionally use a third-party to create some of our products.
